For Cairo and Giza Orders:

Please check your order before the courier leaves (color – fabric – size).
Once the order is received, refunds or exchanges are not available.
If you choose not to keep the order, only the shipping fee will be charged.

For Orders Outside Cairo and Giza:

Full payment is required online.
Please check your order before the courier leaves (color – fabric – size).
After receiving the order, refunds or exchanges are not available.
If you decide not to keep the order, only the shipping fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using GloriousEG ("we," "us," or "our") website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Our Service

3.1 Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colors, sizes, or other product details will be accurate.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

4. Payment

Cairo & Giza: Cash on Delivery (COD), Card Payment, InstaPay
Other Governorates: Card Payment, InstaPay only

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Costs

Cairo & Giza: 90 EGP
Other Governorates: 110 EGP

5.2 Delivery Time

We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the shipping date.

5.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once the order is delivered to the address you provided, the risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for theft or damage after delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Inspection Policy

You must inspect your order carefully before the courier leaves. Check the color, fabric, size, and overall condition of the products.

6.2 No Returns or Exchanges

Once an order is received and accepted, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

6.3 Rejection at Delivery

If you choose not to accept the order upon delivery, you will only be responsible for the shipping fees.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to our website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistribution, or publication of any such matters or any part of the site is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GloriousEG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
